Regional workshops will be organized in 2019 and 2020 in Europe, Central/North America, Latin America and Caribbean, Asia/Oceania, Southern and Eastern Africa.
These events will gather Farmers’ Organizations at national and regional levels, plus relevant stakeholders, including Government representatives, the private sector, multilateral institutions and research organizations.
The aim of the workshops is to raise awareness of the Farmers Driven Climate Change Agenda, gather climate change solutions and best practices from the Farmers’ Organizations and establish a consultation with relevant stakeholders on their implementation.
Regional workshops will be co-organized with the regional Farmers’ Organizations in the area, thus ensuring a wide geographical coverage in terms of participation and contribution to the outcome document.
Farmers and members of the general public who wish to learn more on the workshops can contact us to firstname.lastname@example.org. Those interested to share their experience and insights on successful practices and solutions to climate change can fill in the online Survey and Case Study.
