On September 20 at 9 AM CEST and September 29 at 8 AM CEST, the Climakers community from Asia and the Pacific region, farmers and other stakeholders of the agricultural sector will convene digitally for a two-day workshop on Farmers’ Solutions to Climate Crisis: Asian and the Pacific Region Stories from the Field“.

Jointly organised by the World Farmers’ Organisation and the Institute for the Development of Agricultural Cooperation in Asia (IDACA), with technical support of the Taiwan International Cooperation and Development Fund (TaiwanICDF), the two sessions will provide farmers with the opportunity to promote successful, replicable and scalable farming practices in the development by governments of their Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) in the implementation of the Paris Agreement.
